Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please package the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include:
- Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
- Original receipt or order confirmation
Important: Use a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
Step 4: Processing Your Return

- Your exchange item is shipped
- If there are any issues with your return
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

Exchange Information
